The multi-screw independent temperature control system (with an accuracy of ±0.3℃) can precisely match the melting characteristics of each layer of materials. Combined with the nano-coating die head technology, the oxygen transmission rate of the sheet material is as low as 0.5cm³/(m² · 24h · 0.1MPa), while meeting the dual standards of low-temperature resistance (-50℃) and high-temperature resistance (135℃). It complies with international food safety certifications such as FDA and BRC. In the daily chemical industry, we can produce PE/pearlescent layer/anti-static three-layer sheet materials, which are used as the inner lining of high-end cosmetic boxes. Through color co-extrusion technology, a gradient effect is achieved, with a surface gloss of over 60GU, helping brands upgrade their visual appeal.

Medical and pharmaceutical packaging

In response to the sterile requirements of the medical industry, the equipment can produce PP/breathable film/EVOH high-barrier three-layer sheet materials for sterilization packaging of surgical instruments. The inner breathable film ensures the full penetration of EO sterilizing agent, while the outer EVOH layer prevents secondary microbial contamination. Combined with online plasma treatment technology, the surface tension can reach over 42mN/m. The heat sealing strength with the cover material is ≥15N/15mm. In the pharmaceutical field, it is proficient in processing PVC/PVDC/ printed layer composite sheets (used for blister packaging of tablets). Through precise metering screws and servo traction systems, the thickness error of the sheet is achieved to be ≤±1%, ensuring the sealing performance and dosage accuracy of drug packaging, and meeting standards such as GMP and ISO11607.

Industry and automobile manufacturing

In industrial scenarios, multi-layer plastic sheet extruders can produce ABS/conductive layer/impact-modified five-layer sheets, which are used in anti-static trays for electronic components. The surface resistivity is controlled at 10⁶-10⁹Ω · cm, and the impact strength is above 25kJ/m². In the automotive field, PP/glass fiber reinforced layer/TPO composite sheets (for interior part substrates) can be processed. The thickness ratio of each layer is precisely controlled by a melt gear pump (with an error of ±2%). The bending modulus of the sheet is ≥1500MPa. At the same time, it supports post-treatment processes such as online drilling and embossing. Meet the requirements of automotive lightweighting and flame retardancy (UL94 V-0).

Environmental protection and agricultural technology

In the field of environmental protection, the equipment supports a PLA/PBAT/ starch-based seven-layer co-extrusion process. Through a nitrogen circulation protection system, it prevents the oxidation of biodegradable materials. The composting degradation rate of the finished product within 12 months is ≥90%, and it is widely used as the base material for biodegradable shopping bags and tableware. In agricultural scenarios, three-layer sheet materials of PE, UV-resistant layer and insulation agent can be produced. The outer layer is added with 5% nano zinc oxide UV-resistant agent (ultraviolet blocking rate ≥98%), and the inner layer contains phase change material insulation layer. The ability to adjust the temperature difference between day and night can reach 8℃. It is suitable for intelligent greenhouse covering film and precise seedling trays, helping to save energy and increase efficiency in agriculture.

Customized composite production

The equipment adopts a modular multi-screw structure (the screw length-to-diameter ratio is selectable from 32:1 to 44:1), supporting the full-specification production from 0.1mm ultra-thin composite films to 8mm thick-walled structural sheets, and is compatible with various surface effects such as transparent, matte, and frosted. For special requirements (such as radiation-resistant layers for aerospace and puncture-proof layers in the military field), a functional masterbatch online addition system can be integrated. Combined with CAE mold flow analysis to optimize the flow channel distribution of each layer, it ensures that the peel strength of the composite interface is ≥8N/15mm. Its intelligent control system can monitor the pressure and temperature curves of each layer of melt in real time and automatically generate SPC statistical process control reports, providing highly reliable multi-layer sheet solutions for the high-end manufacturing field.
